with the life here and better coordinate with treatment for early

1 When you come to the ward accompanied by your family, your responsible
nurse will show you to your fixed bed and take the blood pressure,
temperature, pulse and breath for you. And she will inform your
responsible docter to make a diagnosis and give treatment for you.
2 Please put on the unified patient clothes extended to you when
you attend the hospital.There is no need to bring your cotton coats
and trousers here for the ward is rather warm in winter,however
you can put them on when you leave hospital.
3 Please note that we will take temperature four times a day(6£º00
AM£»10£º00AM£»1£º30PM£»6£º00PM) for the new comer in the first three days.After
three days, we will take temperature one time per day(About 1£º30
PM ) according to your condition.So please stay in the ward in these
fixed time.
4 When you come to your ward for the first time, the nurse will
give you a small plastic cup and a small paper box for taking spiciman
of urina and excrement, which will be helpful to the diagnosis and
treatment .Please reserve them according to the time noticed by
the nurse and put them in the fixed place for our examination.
5 No matter what problems you have on your defection, we will inquire
the condition every day.Please keep a record on it from noon yesterday
to today.
6 On the head of bed, there is a callmaker and we will introduce
the using methodes to you.When you feel uncomfortable or need help,
please press the callmakeer.We will come to your ward in time to
solve your problems.
7 Please understand and coordinate with our work for the night shift
nurse will draw your blood or give out medicine at 5:30 AM every
morning, which may affect your sleeping.Please note that your doctor
will check the ward at 8£º00¡ª10£º00 AM, so please do not go away.
8 We offer set lunch at RMB 6.00 so as to benefit pataints. Please
change the bread tickets in the admitting office of the hospital
and keep them for the pantryman will come to your ward asking for
the tickets for the next day at 9£º00 AM every day.Please do not
leave the ward at this time.If there is no special condition, please
do not let your family send food to you for diet is one way of our
treatment.
9 We understand that you need the accompany of your family for all
kinds of reasons, howver, we are unable to santisfy your need.Please
note that your family can come to see you at 3£º00¡ª7£º00 PM every
Tuesday and Thursday and at 8£º00¡ª9£º00 every Saturday and Sunday.
10 We will arrange your examination ,especially for some special
ones such as: Type B ultrasonic , CT, cardiogram, Doppler, etc and
will inform you the preparation in advance.
Besides, please contact your family by your accompany in time for
some examination that need the signature or your examination and
treatment will be delayed.
11 We will provide you with a small table , a dining table and a
small wardrobe.Please put your temporary using goods in the wardrobe
and give the valuables to your family.Please put at most three or
four things on the small tabel and put the additional washbasins
and shoes on the washstand and shoe holder.Do not pile up things
on the ground so as to facilitate the clearning and disinfection.
12 Others:
(1)The bath room is available to you at 7£º00¡ª9£º00 AM and 5£º00¡ª7£º00
PM. Do not use it at 12£º00¡ª14£º00 for most patients are sleeping.
(2) The hospital provides you with television in rest room and ward
on every floor.For others¡¯ rest, please do not use it when rest
or turn the soiund too loudly.
(3)We will provide you with the ¡°Daily Cost List¡± for the diaphaneity
of hospitalization costs if you need.If you have any questions,
please contact the running nurse at any time.However, the list is
only for your reference but not the warrant of the hospital.
(4) We specially examin the changes of bood sugar for patients at
6£º00¡ª7£º00 AM before breakfast, 11:00 AM before lunch, two hours
after luch(taking the first mouth of dining as the standard time)
and 20£º00¡ª21£º00 before sleeping. Please do not leave your ward and
take the examination of blood sugar in time, so as to let the doctor
have an exact data to adjust the dosage of insulin and hypoglycemic
drug,
(5) For the health of others, please do not play cards ,smoking,
and spitting on the ground in ward.
(6) The manager will bring you hot water two times at 7£º30AM and

Notice to patient who is in hospital with medical insurance
1¡¢ If you have one of such insurance as medical insurance, industrial
accident insurance and birth insurance or you are the worker retired
from Yanshan Petro-Chemical Industry Corporation or you are one
member of the rural cooperative medical system,
when you leave hospital, please show your corresponding Bejing Medical
Insurance Guidebook, Industrial Accident Certificate, Honorable
Certificate for the Retirement of Aged cadres, the New Rural Cooperative
Medical System in Fangshan District of Beijing.For patient who enjoy
birth insurance, besides showing your Bejing Medical Insurance Guidebook,
you should show us your corresponding copy of the Birth Service
Certificate or Marriage Certificate so as to facilitate us in calculating
your cost.
For the patient with medical insurance, within a year¡¯s hospitalization,
for the first time you should pay at least 1,300 Yuan. After the
first time, you should pay at least 650.00 Yuan a time. For the
patient with the medical insurance of special diseases(radiation,
chemotherapy, hemodialysis, renal transplantation), you should first
apply for the examining and approving formalities for special diseases.
Then you can pay at least (1,300.00 Yuan)a year according to the
applying years and special diseases clinic.
For the special diseases, you should pay the money in ¡°service centre
of hospitalization and settling up¡±.
2¡¢ If you are patients under emergency treatment salvage or after
the treatment you are in hospital directly, after you clear up the
procedure for leaving hospital you can bring the list of these cost
and prescription list and go to the medical care for their examination
and approval with seal.They will reimburse you according to the
cost in hospital.
3¡¢For part of the medicine, you should pay for them by yourself
with 10%(or 50%);for the medicine of unadaption with 100%; for the
cost of nuclear magneton, color uhrasonography, CT checking ¡Ý 200
Yuan with 8%;and for the medical used materials of cne-way-charge
system ¡Ý500 (including disposable medical material) with 50% .All
these above, you should signed the Agreement of Medical Insurance
at Your Expenses.
4¡¢ For patients with medical insurance and rural cooperative medical
system, you can take out medicine for a week when you leave hospital,
for the movement disorder patients not more than two weeks; and
for the patient with employment injury insurance or diseases related
to industrial injury not more than a moth.
5¡¢ For emergency patients, who do not choose us as the appointed
hospital of medical insurance,you should have the Diseases Diagnosis
Certificate issued by the corresponding doctor.You should also have

6¡¢ For the patients, the elderly, students or children, who have
the serious illness insurance of our district, the annual payment

in hospital, you should settle up your cost on 31st, Dec in the
same year; for the students and children the time is 31st, Aug.If
the medical insurance is not available to you the next year, after
the settle up of the same year you should settle up your cost at
